Vadivelu is back as a hero with Jegajala Bujabala Tenaliraman and again in this film the actor is playing a dual role. Talking to Behindwoods, veteran writer Harur Daas, who is also working on the dialogues in this period-comedy, divulges few interesting facts about the film.

This film is not a tale of the legendary folk hero Tenali Raman, but an imaginary story built with Vadivelu in the mind. Vadivelu has two roles in the film, of which the main one is Tenali Raman. The other role is primarily created to contribute to the comedy and according to Harur Daas, this character has too many wives and children. Understandably, not all his wives and children will be shown onscreen.

Recently, the film went on floors and a song describing this particular character’s extraordinary capabilities and accomplishments was reportedly canned by director Yuvaraj.
