Jun 27, 2013 There is a deluge of assistant directors turning directors in the recent past. Vetri Maaran's assistants took to direction with Udhayam NH4 and Naan Rajavaga Pogiren. Now Sampath and Anbu, erstwhile assistants of director Murugadoss will be involved in making a campus love story titled Iruvar Ondraanal.
The movie is written by Sampath and will star an out and out debut cast including Prabhu Malini and Deekshita. The film's leads are college students who were put through rigorous training sessions before they faced the camera. Directed by Anbu, Iruvar Ondraanal has Guru Krishna's music.
