Suriya's upcoming film with director Lingusamy has already seen its share of controversies as there had been accusations that the script of this movie had resemblance to director Seeman's script for the movie Pagalavan. Seeman had originally planned to do this script with Vijay and for Thanu's production but now, Jayam Ravi is in the running to bag Pagalavan.

Lingusamy meanwhile, is working on modifications to his script and last heard, he is busy locked up in an Hotel in the Velachery area of Chennai. He is totally focused on his work without any distractions or diversions.

It is expected that he would be coming up with a proper commercial entertainer for the Singam star, along the lines of Run and Paiyya. Fans will be eagerly waiting for his output and an early start to this much anticipated project.
