Kamal Haasan’s Vishwaroop opened across the rest of the country on Friday, Feb 1^st and the audiences have been welcoming of the movie's content. Nobody seems to have found anything offensive with the content of the movie and the first day has netted 1.89 crores at the national box-office which is just a shade lesser than the first day net of Rajini’s Robot which was the Hindi version of Endhiran.

Robot is the highest collecting dubbed South Film in the Hindi market. We have to see if Vishwaroop can eclipse this figure given the release count of approximately 1000 screens across the Hindi market.
 

With great buzz and good initial reviews, the signs are encouraging for a healthy weekend total from Vishwaroop.
