Actor Jiiva, the handsome man from Neethane En Ponvasantham, celebrates his 28^th birthday today. Having started off as a chocolate boy in Aasai Aasaiyay, the versatile actor has tried his hand at a variety of roles, be it Raam, Aran, Katradhu Thamizh or Ko.

The actor also has three projects in hand. The audio launch of Bejoy Nambiar’s David was held yesterday at the Rani Seethai Hall. Apart from that, the actor has Endrendrum Punnagai opposite Trisha and Ravi K Chandran’s Yaan alongside Thulasi Nair.

Jiiva celebrated his birthday in a noble manner by carrying out some charitable activities through his fans club. At 1pm today, rice and sarees were distributed to around 200 women at the Social Club Venkatnarayana Road T-Nagar, Chennai. Jiiva fans club president Yuvaraj was also present on the occasion.
