Glamorous new face for Karthi
Sep 19, 2013We were the first to report in detail about Karthi's film with director Ranjith of Attakathi fame and later Karthi himself had claimed that it would be another Paruthiveeran kind of raw movie, for him. Many talented theater artistes have been signed on for this film.
We hear that Catherine Tresa has been roped in as the female lead in this film, which has tentatively been titled Kaali (an yesteryear Rajinikanth film). The 23 years old Catherine has already worked in Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam films and this would be her big debut in Tamil.
An official announcement about this film will be coming out in another 10 days or so and the shoots will commence on October 4 in Chennai. The director plans to complete the movie in one stretch of around 3 months or so.
