Veteran actress Kavitha, who has done a number of character roles in both Tamil and Telugu films, was shocked when the news of her daughter supposedly eloping with a car driver hit her. The couple had also got married secretly, according to news sources.

Madhuri, daughter of Kavitha, had supposedly been in a relationship with their car driver, Raj Kumar (25) for a long time now. The incident took place a couple of days back and the couple had got married in a temple. Madhuri’s father filed a complaint with the police regarding his missing daughter. After investigation the truth about the secret marriage came to the lime light and Madhuri was sent back to her parents. Rajkumar was however, detained for further investigation.
