Ace director joins the 40s club

Gautham Vasudev Menon celebrates his 40th birthday today. The Neethane En Ponvasantham director is among the few directors who can straddle genres with ease. He is known as much for his action movies like Kaakha Kaakha and Vettaiyadu Vilaiyadu as his romantic movies like Vaaranam Aayiram, Minnale, VTV and NEPV. Not to forget, that daring psychotic thriller Nadunisi Naaygal.

 

The director is next looking to do another movie with Suriya, his favorite hero, and news about this film is eagerly awaited by fans of the director.
 

Behindwoods wishes the ace director a very happy birthday.
