This was Vivek’s very comical take on cops. He spoofed quite a few popular cop characters including Anbuchelvan from Kakka kakka and Arusaamy from Saamy. He was the in charge of a police station full of weak and cowardly constables and he was apparently the leader of this useless group of cops. His hesitation to attend to complaints that held potential for a confrontation was fun to watch.
