Thalainagaram is famous for Vadivelu’s Nai Sekar performance, but there was another extremely well executed performance. Whenever Manobala plays a cop it automatically becomes comic, mainly due to his frame. Thalainagaram had a few hilarious moments when he sets out to capture ‘international don’ Billa, followed by the interrogation. The final dialogue ‘Avan bhayankarama karuppa iruppan, nee karuppa bhayankarama irukke’ is rib tickling. His performance in ‘Pasupathi MLA Rasakapalayam’ where he is constantly seen consuming ‘thayiru sadam’ is also worth a look.
