Hailing from the not-so-metropolitan town of Trichy, Prasanna gained the role of the protagonist in his debut ‘Five Star’ proving his mettle in a talent hunt conducted by a private television. While the movie didn’t do anything great to his career and when one thought Prasanna is back in his town to continue his engineering studies, Prakashraj spotted this talent and ‘Azhagiya Theeye’ happened. ‘Kanda Naal Mudhal’ followed right after. After these two decent hits, all eyes are set on Prasanna while he is busy shooting for ‘Manjal Veyil’ with Sandhya.
