With an acceptably extended tress that is often in curls and straight rest of the time, a stubble that is three day’s old and a hardly smiling face, Jeevan befitted the role of a mean and vicious blackmailer in ‘Thiruttu Payale’ well enough to be called ‘perfect performance’. Although his recent release ‘Naan Avan Illai’ had negative shades, the box office is not complaining. The fans aren’t either. Jeevan recently announced that he is done with anti-hero roles and will not sign any such scripts in the future. Does that mean his ‘Machakaran’ is offbeat?
