Buy 1000 CDs and bring Devayani home... - Event Story

The Thirumathi Thamizh team led by director Rajakumaran held a press meet recently to announce their film. Rajakumaran, apart from directing the film, is also doing the male lead with Keerthi Chawla starring as his love interest. Thirumathi Thamizh also happens to be the 75^th film of Devayani, the director's wife.

While addressing the press, the director declared that one of the songs in the film, ‘Thamizh Thamizh’, will turn out to be a big hit. He believes that the song will be observed as a Tamil anthem.

He is releasing the audio, composed by SA Rajkumar under his own music label, Iniya Audio. He made a special announcement that Devayani would visit the lucky person, who purchases 1000 audio CDs of his film. For this purpose, the super-confident Rajakumaran has planned to release 25,000 copies. He has also decided to release the film himself in 300 theaters in Tamil Nadu.

Devayani was all praise for her husband. “He has put in all his hard work into this film. He has practically done every work himself, including direction, acting and production,” pointed out the actress.

She promised that Thirumathi Thamizh will also have an interesting message in the end, like all of Rajakumaran's other films.

Thirumathi Thamizh will release on 19^th April as planned.
