Sanjay Ram turns to humour

Sanjay Ram, who did action films like Thoothukudi and Gouravargal , is presently working on Rosa, a romantic comedy. The film will star Sanjay Ram and debutante Vaali as crooked cousins who lend money to people for interest. “I made them both crooked, to add humour to the story,” says the director. Commenting on his romantic route, he says, “My friends felt I’m concentrating too much on action films. They also joked that they could feel the blood ooze out of the screen when they watch my films. So, I wanted to prove that I can make films of different genres.”

The film has been shot in Thenkasi, Coutrallam, Kerala and Amba Samudram. It stars Meenu karthika as the lead lady. Lingam Theaters have produced this romantic comedy directed by Sanjay Ram.
