The audio of director Mysskin's dream project, Mugamoodi, was launched today at Sathyam Cinemas, Chennai. Ilayathalapathy Vijay launched the audio while there were more than a dozen other dignitaries present at the launch. Kannada superstar Puneeth Rajkumar was another attraction at the launch and he surprised the gathering by talking in Tamil.

Vijay spoke about how his son Sanjay is a Jiiva fan and how he has been an admirer of Jiiva even before Nanban. Actor Selva who is a part of Mugamoodi shared some funny incidents about his Kung-fu training days with Narain, for this film. Meanwhile, Narain jokingly spoke about how Mysskin is a split personality.

Madhan Karky revealed that he had written lyrics for the 'Vaayamoodi Summa Iru Da' song while flying back from New York to Chennai. Mysskin, in his speech, asked the audience to not compare his superhero movie to Hollywood superhero movies but vouched for the strong script and native story. He stressed that his superhero rises from the platform.

Jiiva thanked all the guests for turning up and spoke about his experience doing this superhero movie.

Other directors who were present include Jayam Raja, Venkat Prabhu, Lingusamy among others. Jiiva's dad R.B.Choudary was also present. For all the numerous fans and dignitaries present, the already launched trailer, a new trailer, the making of Mugamoodi and the Bar Anthem song from Mugamoodi were played.
