AFTER 26 YEARS, A SURPRISING CO-INCIDENCE FOR DHANUSH!

As we all know, Dhanush's debut directorial, Power Paandi will be releasing on 14th April 2017, on the occasion of Tamil New Year. P.Vasu's directorial Sivalinga, starring Raghava Lawrence and Ritika Singh, is also being planned to release on the same day.
 

A similar kind of clash had happened 26 years ago, and it has come as a surprising co-incidence. Dhanush's father Kasturi Raja made his debut with En Rasavin Manasila, with Rajkiran, which released for the Tamil New Year weekend. On the same weekend, P.Vasu's film Chinna Thambi also released.

1991 Tamil New Year race was between Kasturi Raja - Rajkiran and P.Vasu. Now after 26 years, it is going to be Dhanush - Rajkiran versus P.Vasu. Quite interesting right?
