 Apart from launching the project, Rajinikanth also wished success for the lead actor and the team of Andha Naal. The poster launch was also attended by M. Saravanan and Aparna Guhan Shyam of AVM Productions, apart from the film's crew.

Andha Naal is written and directed by Vivy, and the first look featured the protagonist in a grim setting. The film is cinematographed by Sathish Kumaravel while N.S. Robert Sargunam composes music for the film. Incidentally, Andha Naal is also name of the 1954 cult crime drama that starred Sivaji Ganesan and Pandari Bai. Stay tuned for more updates.
