BREAKING: THE RELEASE DATE OF SURIYA'S SOORARAI POTTRU REVEALED
Home > Tamil Movies > Tamil Cinema NewsAfter the success of KV Anand-directed Kaappaan, actor Suriya will be playing the lead role in Sudha Kongara's third directorial Soorarai Pottru. The film is reportedly based on the life events of Captain G.R. Gopinath, founder of the airline company Air Deccan.
Apart from Suriya, Soorarai Pottru also stars Aparna Balamurali, Mohan Babu, Paresh Rawal and others in important roles. The film is jointly produced by Suriya's 2D Entertainment in association with Sikhya Entertainment.
The makers have officially announced that the first look of the film will be launched on November 10. Meanwhile, sources close to us have confirmed that the makers will be releasing Soorarai Pottru on December 20.
On the technical front, Soorarai Pottru features music composed by GV Prakash Kumar. The film is captured by Niketh Bommireddy and the team has shot in Chandigarh and Madurai. Stay tuned for further updates.
