COURT ACQUITS SALMAN KHAN IN THE HIT AND RUN CASE

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan who was charged with culpable homicide not amounting to murder, in May earlier this year in the hit and run case of 2002 has been acquitted of all charges today (10th December) by Bombay High Court.

It has been reported that the judge presiding over the case had stated that prosecution had failed to establish the charges against the actor. “On the basis of evidences produced by the prosecution, the appellant cannot be convicted, no matter how differently the common man thinks," the court had observed today.
