Shruti Haasan out of Vijay 58?

Shruti Haasan was announced as one of the lady leads in Chimbudevan’s next with Ilayathalapathy Vijay. The film is in its pre-production stage and will go on floors soon when Vijay completes A R Murugadoss' Kaththi.

Meanwhile Shruti's tweet that said, “So things change - no biggie - everything happens for a reason you just have to find it” was misconstrued as her exit from the project.

Putting all the rumors to rest, the 7am Arivu heroine said, “I'm very excited to be doing Chimbudevan and Vijay sir's film! Hope that puts the speculation on my pseudo philosophical tweet to rest!”
