Arvind Swami terms all the 'Thala 55' talk as 'NONSENSE'

The info about the actors who will be sharing the screen space with Ajith, in the upcoming Gautham Menon film (Thala 55), is still a well-guarded secret as there has been nothing official about this film yet.

 

Anushka and later Amy Jackson were touted to have been roped in as the lead heroines in this film while the names of Prashanth, Arvind Swami and Arun Vijay have also been taken in the media, for the other important character / villain roles in the movie. But, all along, the director or the producer haven't let out a single scoop and there is still a big uncertainty over when this film will begin its shoots.

 

Arvind Swami has meanwhile made it clear that he hasn't been approached for any villain role, without mentioning the movie's name, in his Twitter feed. He didn't mince any words in doing so. 

 

"A lot of nonsense being written, I am not playing the villain in any movie, so unless I put it up on twitter, don't believe these rumours."

 

So, the guessing game continues unabated. With Ajith fans getting increasingly anxious about this film, we only have to hope that the team comes out with something concrete about the movie soon.
