Happy birthday Superstar!

Today, 12^th December, is an important day for many movie lovers who have grown up watching the one and only Superstar, Rajinikanth, as the iconic man turns 63 today.

Born as Shivaji Rao Gaikwad, he made his screen debut in 1975 in director K Balachander’s Aboorva Raagangal in a small role. Although appearing in roles that have grey shades in his initial years, the legend had diversified and experimented with diverse characters that had great potential to demonstrate his histrionics.

Known all over for his style, Rajinikanth continues to entertain his fans and his Kochadaiyaan directed by his daughter Soundarya Ashwin is a much awaited film. Known for his simplicity and spiritual inclinations, Rajinikanth in all senses is a complete human being. Behindwoods wishes this Superstar a very happy birthday and many more to come!
