Haridas bags awards

Director G N R Kumaravelan who made Haridas, an emotional movie about a special child has thanked the media for supporting his film.  

It is also to be noted that Haridas has won the second best film at the recently concluded Chennai International Film Festival and master Prithviraj was awarded a special jury award for his performance.

To quote Kumaravelan

I would personally like to express my most heartfelt gratitude for the way you have supported the movie Haridas right from the start. The positive reviews and constant encouragement from the press and the media gave me confidence that the audience would accept an unconventional movie like Haridas. 

You must be aware that Haridas has been adjudged the second best film at the 11^th Chennai International Film Festival and actor master Prithviraj was awarded a special jury award for his role as Hari. I thank you for your support and I look forward to your continued encouragement for my future endeavours.
