Cinematographer and actor, Natarajan Subramaniam, claims that the title, Purampokku, is registered under his name. Natarajan recently mentioned this to the press after he noticed that S.P Jananathan’s next movie starring Arya and Vijay Sethupathi is titled Purampokku.
 

S.P Jananathan who has directed movies like Iyarkai, E and Peranmai, announced Purampokku as his next movie which will be produced by UTV Motion Pictures.
 

Natarajan Subramaniam has been the cinematographer in various Hindi movies such as Raanjhanaa, Jab we met and Parineeta. He has also acted in a few Tamil movies such as Naalai, Chakkara Viyugam and Milaga. The artist has claimed that he has already registered the title Purampokku under his banner Nataraj Cine arts in the Producer’s Council and that he still has 8 months left for renewing the registration.  He therefore requests UTV Motion Pictures to change the title for their upcoming movie.
