Mamta Mohandas' marriage is doomed ...

Popular actress Mamta Mohandas’ marriage has turned out to be short-lived as after just about a year of matrimony with Prajith Padmanabhan, they have applied for divorce by mutual consent.

 

They got married on December 28th, 2011 and after a few months of happily living together, differences and arguments started cropping up between the pair. After a point of no return, they decided to apply for divorce.

 

In Ernakulam’s family court, Mamta has filed her divorce petition and her former husband has also similarly appealed for divorce. All attempts made by their family members for a compromise between the two failed to yield any positive results. This divorce case is set to come for hearing on the 15th of July.
