Gossipmongers in the tinsel town say that Prachi Desai has been paid a whopping sum to star in Arun Vijay’s Thadaiyara Thaakka being directed by Magizh Thirumeni. When the actress was questioned about this, she refused to elaborate on it but did not explicitly deny it either.
Two of her latest films in Bollywood, Life Partner (2009) and Once Upon A Time In Mumbai (2010), did good business at the box office and since then her career graph has been soaring high.
Prachi is currently busy shooting for the Hindi film Joker, which is directed by Sirish Kunder, and is expected to join TT team very soon.
