Actor Madhavan, the chocolate boy of Kollywood turns 43 today. Introduced in Tamil by director Mani Ratnam in Alaipayudhe, the actor has acted in more than 20 Tamil projects. The Vettai star, who loves experimenting has also been a part of a number of Hindi, English and other language films and has worked with a number of brilliant talents in the industry.
 

The actor was showered with wishes in his social networking page and one of the first wishes was from Trisha, his Lesa Lesa co-star. The lasso tweeted, “@ActorMadhavan happy happy bday to my first co-star n coolest friend. Stay blessed always!”
 

In response to the wishes, the actor wrote, “Oh my God! Thousands of you! So early in the morning! You have made this an unforgettable moment and Birthday. Thank you all and I am privileged that you care enough to send me all your love and wishes. God bless you all and I shall strive to make you all even more proud of me.”
