The audio was released under the new banner
S Audios, which marks the company’s entry
into the audio market.
Mani Ratnam, the chief guest at the function,
released the audio CDs, which were received by
ace music director A R Rahman, directors Balu
Mahendra, Bharathiraja, Lingusamy, Thangar Bachchan,
Ameer, Radha Mohan, Simbhu Devan and Venkat Prabhu.
Speaking at the function, Mani said that he feels
proud to be a part of this entourage of proven
directors who shared the same dais, the likes
of which the he has never witnessed before in
any other function in the film industry not even
in Bollywood, where he said it is most unlikely.
The movie has music composed by Balaji’s
lucky mascot Joshua Sridhar, whose earlier outing
with Kaadhal kick started Joshua’s career,
though nothing big has come out from him after
that. Kalloori has created some hype as S Pictures
has become a production house associated with
quality cinema.
