Cheran plays a music director in Muran, say sources in Kollywood. Muran, which also stars Prasanna in the lead role, is to be released on September 30th. In this film, Cheran will appear as musician. The actor-director-producer is so confident that this role will be the talk of the town when the film releases and has said that his guitar classes proved to be a major advantage in pulling off the role in Muran to perfection.
