SS Rajamouli's Makkhi, the Hindi version of his blockbuster Eega, is releasing this weekend all over the country. Even in Chennai, where the Tamil version Naan Ee is having a solid run, Makkhi will release in multiplexes.
Bollywood celebrities have been screened this fantasy revenge movie where a fly is the main protagonist, and they have been bowled over by what they saw. Even big names like Shahrukh Khan, Rohit Shetty and Raju Hirani have been mighty appreciative of the movie.
Raju Hirani, the director of 3 Idiots, saw the movie with his entire family, friends and enjoyed the movie while SRK's son wishes to see the movie together with his dad. Real life celeb pair, Ajay Devgn and Kajol, have even lent their voices to the movie in the opening credits portion. Rajamouli is understandably over the moon and would be hoping that Makkhi would repeat the box-office magic that Eega and Naan Ee could pull off.
