Vishal's Samaran, with Trisha as his heroine and produced by Balaji Real Media, has a very exciting script. It is set against a jungle backdrop and this gives scope for plenty of action. Vishal plays a forest trekker in the film. The filming will begin in Chalakudy, Kerala by the end of this month.
Director Thiru, who made Theeradha Vilaiyattu Pillai with Vishal, will also be at the helm for Samaran. Yuvan Shankar Raja is doing the music and Richard Nathan is handling the cinematography. Earlier it was rumored that Aravind Swamy is doing the villain's role but the actor denied the reports. Now it has been confirmed that Prakash Raj will be doing this meaty role.
