Billa 2 will go on floors on June 20th, 2011! The shooting is all set to begin on the said date in Hyderabad. By this date, Ajith would have completed his commitments in Mankatha and will be ready to move on.
Billa 2 will be the prequel to Billa, which was released in 2007. The was initially in the hands of director Vishnuvardhan but later it went to Chakri Toleti, the man who directed Kamal Haasan and Mohanlal in Unnai Pol Oruvan.
Yuvan Shankar Raja has been signed up to compose music for Billa 2 and he has completed composing a couple of songs already.
