FEFSI recently sent a letter to the Assistant Commissioner of Labour department expressing their disappointment regarding Producers’ attitude towards their request for a wage hike. The letter stated that the Producers’ council abandoned the meeting every time the FEFSI members raised the wage issue.
The association also accused the producers’ council for holding director Ameer, Head of pay commission, responsible for FEFSI technicians turning up late for a Studio Green venture.
The letter also says that the producers’ council has decided to evade the meeting about the wage issue of FEFSI employees. So they have requested the Assistant Commissioner of Labour department to intervene in the issue and execute the bill on wage raise.
