A single hit movie is enough to turn around the fortunes of any actor. Shruti Haasan is a recent example for this phenomenon. After a string of not so successful movies in Telugu, she hit the bull’s eye with her Gabbar Singh, in which she starred opposite Pawan Kalyan. This remake of Dabhangg is running successfully and Shruti is suddenly in the limelight.
Last heard, she is all set to sign on the dotted lines for a new mega project opposite Junior NTR. This will be directed by Harish Shankar, who is also the director of Gabbar Singh.
