In a strong indication of his concern towards the environment, director Vasanth has decided to ban the use of plastic on the sets of his latest film 'Moondru Per Moondru Kadhal', starring Arjun, Cheran and Vimal.
"This is a small step towards protecting the environment. I will be happy if my colleagues in the industry follow suit," added Vasanth. He decided to make this move while shooting in Ooty. It is known that the civic body at the hill station has completely banned the usage of plastic. Vasanth took the cue for good and decided to ban the usage of plastic completely on his sets, citing the harm it causes to the ecosystem.
