Actress Madhubala who made a huge impact with films like Roja and Gentleman said in a recent interview that she will like nothing better than to be part of a Mani Ratnam film again. She said that she owes all the recognition she gets to this very day to Mani and his film Roja. The former actress who is married to an industrialist and is the mother of two daughters added that she and Mani understand each other very well and she is still hoping that he will make Roja 2.
Given the sudden craze for sequels it does not at all seem unlikely. Besides Madhoo is still slim and shapely and looks as good as ever. Mani however currently has his hands full with Kadal the debut film of Gautham and Tulasi.
