As a surprise, Sony Music India, Kadal’s music rights holders released the album today, two days prior to the scheduled date (17th December). The reason we hear is the waves the two songs, Nenjukulle and Elay Keechaan had created.
The album currently features in the top of the itunes chart and the other reason for releasing the album today is the huge advance bookings. The music label is expecting more sales this weekend.
The film is the launch pad of Gautham Karthik and Thulasi Nair and a comeback vehicle for Arvind Swamy. Arjun’s look in the film was also revealed today through the new poster. Ponvannan, Pasupathy, Lakshmi Manchu and Thambi Ramaiah are also part of the cast.
