FEFSI Chief VC Guhanathan has said in a press note that actors and actresses must be aware of the statements made in public. He clarified that he did not want to bring out the name of the actor who made some false statements about the Tamil film industry but it has somehow made it to the press.
He added that it is very unfortunate that the Arya issue was blown out of proportion and requested all the stars to be very careful while rendering speech in public functions to avoid misunderstandings.
Further in the statement, VC Guhanathan has mentioned that he seeks to end this issue immediately for the smooth functioning of the Tamil film industry.
