A popular real estate agency in Kerala has filed a defamatory suit against Navya Nair. In an interview, the actress has said that she had paid the entire amount to purchase flat but the realtors failed to handover its possession.
Refuting this allegation, the realtors have filed a defamatory suit against Navya for making false statements. They furthered that Navya and Cheran had paid only a part of the amount and hence the flat could not be handed over to them.
The court in Kerala has issued summons to Navya to counter this allegation on or before December 21st.
