Karuppampatti is an upcoming film directed by Tha Prabhu Raja Cholan, an assistant of director Shankar. The film has Ajmal doing a dual role of a father and son. The father’s portions have been made in a period setting. The film apart from Aparnaa Bajpai, also has an Italian model, Alice Tantardini as the female lead.
Archana, MS Baskar, Jagan, Srinath, Devadarshini and Chetan form the rest of the cast list. Thamizh Padam fame Kannan is composing the tunes for the film. The audio launch of the film is scheduled to happen on August 9th at Kamala Theater, Chennai.
