As everyone knows, Santhanam is among the most popular cinema personalities in Tamil Nadu. To utilize his hard earned wealth, Santhanam is planning to construct a residential complex in the heart of the city which would have about 50 households. He plans to let all these houses on rent and not for sale.
There have been other stars who have invested in star hotels and restaurants but, Santhanam seems to be different in his choice.
