TAMIL MOVIE RELEASE EXPECTATION

Shiva has just had some traction with his Thillu Mullu. Fast carving a niche for himself in comedies, Shiva’s Sonna Puriyadhu is directed by Krishnan Jayaraj who is the erstwhile assistant of Amudhan. If the James Bondesque poster and the presence of Shiva do not tickle your fancy, here are some reasons given by the director himself on why you should watch Sonna Puriyadhu.
 

• Shiva- Not that we didn’t know it but his witty one-liners and casual performance are sure to hook you throughout the movie.
   
• Shiva, who plays the role of a dubbing artist in the movie, will tickle your funny bones in the scenes where he dubs English films into Tamil. 
   
• If you think your family needs a break from its routine and a movie-outing is in the scheme of things, Sonna Puriyadhu is the perfect reason because it promises to be a family entertainer.
   
• There is no ‘boring social message’ the movie is trying to thrust upon you, according to the director.
   
• Heroine Vasundhara Kashyap is at her best, in a modern yet traditional get-up. So that’s something to look forward to.
