Plot: Four men, which later becomes five due to the addition of a one Mr.Vinayak a de-commissioned cop conspire to rob betting money from Arumugam Chettiyar, a Mumbai don. Police officer Prithvi is close on their tail after the robbery while they turn against each other.

Twist: Vinayak and Prithvi are close friends from police academy and they had planned the whole heist together. They had acted with foreknowledge right from the start.
