Actual ending

As we all know Thegidi is left open-ended where Vetri (played by Ashok Selvan) starts his life afresh and gets a call from the third unknown character ‘Vallabha’. He picks up the phone and the movie ends there.

Alternate ending

What if the Vallabha character was his very close friend Nambi (played by Kaali Venkat). He was throughout a part of this investigative story. Point to be noted is that he is not present in the last shot where Vetri’s family gathers together. So why not give this intriguing story a closed ending?
