ANOTHER COP STORY FOR KARTHI?

Post the success of Sathuranga Vettai, it was touted that director Vinoth will work on its sequel and will bring some iconic cast on board. However the latest edge to the tale is that he has reportedly approached Karthi to star in a completely new script for his upcoming venture.

If it works out well it is buzzed that this yet to be titled venture will feature Karthi in a cop avatar. Whether or not he will give a nod and take up the role is left to guesses.

Karthi currently is busy with Kashmora and later on is expected to join Mani Ratnam's team. In case he gives a thumbs-up to Vinoth's story, he in all likelihood may be doing it after Kashmora and before Mani Ratnam's film which could also suggest that Vinoth's film may be a quickie. Let us wait for official confirmation.
