A DRASTIC AND BOLD MOVE BY VIJAY ANTONY

Saithan, which has Vijay Antony and Arundhathi Nair in the leads, has made a bold statement by playing the first 5 minutes of the movie at the audio launch held today (3rd November). Director Pradeep Krishnamoorthy seems to be very confident of his product and has decided to show the first 5 minutes of his film, few weeks before it's release.

The visuals of the song Jayalakshmi where Vijay Antony hears voices from his previous birth seem to suggest this could be a revenge based dark film. In fact, the lyrics of this song suggest the same and this drastic move by the team that makes a statement weeks before the release should be lauded. Interestingly, Rajathandhiram team too had come up with a similar strategy by uploading the first 6 minutes of their sequel on youtube.
