DHANUSH PRESENTS HIMSELF BEFORE THE COURT

Elderly couple Kathiresan and Meenakshi from Madurai had filed a case a few weeks ago that actor Dhanush is actually their son but had left home when he was in the 11th grade to Chennai to pursue his dreams in cinema. They are claiming their son now and since their financial status is poor, they have sought Rs 65,000 as maintenance to be payed to them by Dhanush.

However, on Dhanush’s side, this has been refuted and has been stated as a case of extortion of money from a celebrity.

The case has been going on for a while when both the parties were asked to submit proof in the form of birth certificates, school transfer certificates, etc.

In the last hearing of this case at the Madurai bench of Madras High Court, Kathiresan and Meenakshi, to substantiate their claim, alleged that Dhanush has a mole in the collarbone area which again was refuted by the actor.

However, he was asked to be present at the court today (28th Feb) to verify the same by the court authorities. Dhanush along with his parents is right now present at the court. The proceedings on this will be updated soon.
