ITS OFFICIAL: SAMANTHA AND KEERTHY SURESH TO ACT TOGETHER

As reported by us, a biopic on actress Savitri is currently being made. The film has been titled as 'Nadigaiyar Thilagam' in the Tamil version, while it will be called as Mahanati in Telugu. Nag Ashwin wields the directorial hat for this film. 

Earlier it was said Samantha would be playing the lead; then some reports said Keerthy Suresh had replaced her in the film, but now it is official that both Samantha and Keerthy Suresh will be a part of the project and Keerthy Suresh will be playing the role of Savitri in this film. 

Samantha shared the first poster of the film with text that reads as follows, “Happy women's day my beautiful , strong ,empowered sisters. Thankyou #NagAshwin for this .@VyjayanthiFilms @KeerthyOfficial Looking forward!”
