KEERTHY SURESH SIGNS A BIOPIC?

Keerthy Suresh who had an amazing run of films in 2016, and has Bairavaa for Pongal, has apparently been chosen to play the lead actor in the legendary actress, Savitri’s biopic.

Yesteryear actress, Savitri, debuted with the Tamil- Telugu bilingual “Samsaram” and went on to star in numerous Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and Kannada films. Our sources inform that the biopic is supposed to be titled ‘Mahanati’ and it is to be directed by Telugu director, Nag Ashwin.

There were reports, that Samantha was also approached for the role, but it now looks like Keerthy Suresh will be playing the lead. However, an official confirmation is expected soon.
