FEFSI STRIKE : MAJORITY OF FILM SHOOTS CANCELLED

The ongoing difference of opinion between FEFSI and Tamil Nadu Film Producers Council (TFPC), has resulted in the strike of FEFSI union members from this morning (1st August).
 

Due to this, the shoot of Rajinikanth's Kaala has been stopped, which was all the while taking place in the outskirts of Chennai. It is also reported that many Tamil films shooting have been cancelled.

However, the shoot of films like Vishal's Thupparivalan, directed by Mysskin, is progressing as per schedule in Chidambaram, without any issues.
